3. Purpose of Data Use

Your data is solely used for non-profit operational purposes:

• Issuing Section 80G tax exemption receipts and annual Income Tax Form 10BE filing.
• Communicating upcoming tree planting drives, volunteer schedules, and field orientations.
• Providing transparent program reports and project progress disclosures.
• Internal accounting and statutory compliance with the Income Tax Department and Registrar of Public Trusts.

4. Zero Commercial Data Sharing

Green Trust never sells, rents, trades, or commercializes donor or volunteer information to any third party. Information is only shared with statutory authorities (such as the Income Tax Department of India for 80G validation) or secure payment processors required to execute your transaction.

5. Data Security

We employ SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. Payment data is processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateway providers; Green Trust does not store credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
