1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Non-Profit Status & 80G Donations

Green Trust is an Indian Public Charitable Trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. All voluntary donations made on this website are non-refundable and will be exclusively deployed toward charitable environmental, education, and community initiatives in accordance with our registered trust deed.

Donors requesting 80G tax benefit certificates must furnish valid PAN card details as mandated by the Income Tax Department of India. Form 10BE certificates are issued in compliance with annual tax filing cycles.

3. Volunteer Code of Conduct

Volunteers registering through Green Trust agree to abide by safety guidelines during on-field sapling plantation, river cleaning, and school workshops. Green Trust prioritizes inclusive, respectful, and environmentally responsible participation.

4. Intellectual Property & Photography

All field photographs, documentary journals, educational curricula, and brand marks on this website are the intellectual property of Green Trust. Non-commercial, educational, and journalistic citations are permitted provided appropriate attribution is made to “Green Trust (Tamil Nadu)”.

5. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
